Ao Nori(Flakes of green laver, a type of sea vegetation) is sold in small glass bottles or tins, usually with a sprinkling spout on the top of the container. Store in a dark, dry spot at room temperature. Used primarily as a garnish for rice and noodle dishes, ao nori is rich in calcium and vitamin A. Caloric value for this and other types of sea vegetation is not available but thought to be very low.
