  • About

Crown Prince is a type of hubbard squash, which is at the other end of the spectrum from butternut: large with a very hard skin. This means that it’s a brute to get into but it also has an excellent shelf life of up to a year. You could commit heinous crimes with a crown prince without leaving a blemish on the squash. It also has consistently good flavour.
