True spinach has a short shelf life. Keep it in a plastic bag in the fridge and eat it as soon as possible, and certainly within a couple of days. Perpetual spinach and chard keep better and will last 4–5 days in a plastic bag in the fridge. A bit of wilting won’t damage the flavour, so unless it’s accompanied by discolouration, it’ll still be good to eat.
