  • About
This coarsely granulated sugar is made from sugarcane and can be found in organic form. It is the colour of light brown sugar, but is dry like granulated sugar and has a coarse grind. It is often used for sprinkling overtop of cookies or muffins to create crunch. If you wish to use turbinado sugar in baking, it is best to grind it in a food processor first, making it finer and more easily beaten into recipes.
