Ice cream scoops or portioners

Using these is one of those little baker’s tricks. They allow us to make all of our cookies exactly the same size, which makes it easier to bake them accurately and have them look more perfect when they are displayed. They’re available online and in some cookware stores. They aren’t totally necessary though! You can use your hands and eyes and a spoon and still get the cookies pretty close to the same size. They’ll taste just as good too.
