Parchment paper

One of our favorite baking tools is also the simplest. Cover your baking sheet with it and slide it off, baked goods and all, after baking. No sticking and no cleaning necessary for your next round of baking. If you’re concerned about waste, feel free to use a relatively clean piece of parchment paper multiple times, and look for types that are recyclable as well.
