  • About
A criminally underused herb, which is nuts because lemongrass goes with absolutely everything. You are more familiar with lemongrass than you think because it’s also known as citronella, which is commonly used in soap, insect repellent and aromatherapy. Lemongrass is a Southeast Asian culinary staple (just start marinating all your pork chops with lemongrass and you’ll never look back), but it is also sublime in pastry due to its aromatic, citrus-laden quality.
