Vietnamese Coffee

Perhaps my favorite coffee in the world, and that is saying something. This intense caffeine bomb has a rich chocolatey undertone and is served in a small metal drip filter, then spiked with sweetened condensed milk and served hot or cold. The robust intensity and cocoa notes in this coffee simply explode when used in desserts.
