Cross the right end of the dough over the left to create a small loop.
Loop the left end of the dough under and then through the hole, leaving a small tail of protruding dough.
Loop the protruding end around and through the hole again so that the end of the dough is sitting in the center of the loop.
Loop the right strand of dough around and through the loop to the right of the dough in the center of the loop.
Loop the dough around again and push the end through the center of the loop.
