Kneading Wet Dough in a Food Processor

  1. After the water, yeast, and flour have been mixed and the dough has rested, add the salt. Process for 30 seconds and let rest for 5 minutes. If you hear the motor straining, stop the machine for 5 minutes, then try again.

  2. Process for 30 seconds more, putting the work bowl in the freezer if the dough gets warm. Let rest for 5 minutes, then process for 30 seconds more.
