Chinese Chopping Board

This is a thick, round, whole piece of wood that is usually very heavy, allowing the cleaver to do its work. A standard chopping board can be used, but the authentic article works much better and looks great in the kitchen. I find myself using it for most of my chopping and cutting needs.
