How to Measure Ingredients by Weight

  • About
  1. Turn on your scale and select your unit of measurement. For all recipes in this book, select grams.

  2. Set your bowl on top of the scale and press the “tare” button. This button zeroes out the scale, discounting the weight of your bowl. Make sure you zero out your scale before you measure out each ingredient.

  3. Now you can proceed with putting your ingredient into the bowl to measure it out.
