Tips for Lining Your Pans

For all muffins and batter breads, you can either spray your pans well with non-stick spray (or use butter or oil to grease them), or you can use paper liners or parchment paper. I personally prefer the latter.

To Line a Baking Pan with Parchment Paper:

  1. Start with a square of parchment paper that is at least one inch wider than your pan all the way around it. Set your pan in the center of the paper.

  2. Cut the four corners out of the parchment paper, using your pan as a guide.

  3. Lightly grease your pan and then place your piece of parchment in it, pressing down into the oil to hold it in place.
