Ribbons

To wrap a ribbon around a board, it is best to use double-sided tape for the most professional finish. When placing a ribbon around a cake be careful, as dots of royal icing will show through and spoil the look of the cake. Try to use as little as possible and, if you can, attach the join only at the back of the cake.
