Espelette Pepper

Piment d’Espelette is a chilli plant that originated in Mexico, now cultivated widely in the Pyrénées. Espelette pepper is mild in heat, but rich in its sweet, fruity fragrance: reminiscent of tomatoes and roasted capsicum.
