  • About
The Brazilian variation of the Moorish-Portuguese couscous made with shrimp or chicken and vegetables, or simply with vegetables, and always with hearts of palm. In place of the traditional semolina, this cuscuz is based on farinha de mandioca (manioc flour). All the ingredients in the dish are mixed together, then steamed.
