  • About
A crinkly red-and-green-leaved lettuce, which doesn’t have much flavour, but which lends a nice texture and colour to a salad. Oakleaf lettuce is very similar, with a softer leaf and deeper red colour. Both of these come into the ‘loose-head’ lettuce category, with no heart.
