  • About
When buying rice flour, make sure that you buy the one you need. Sticky rice flour, also called sweet or glutinous rice flour, is made from sticky rice and produces a very soft dough. Regular rice flour has a higher amylose content and so produces a drier, stronger texture. One cannot be substituted for the other.
