  • About

Apium graveolens. These can be mistaken for coriander leaves, but they are larger and coarser, and if you rub them a little, their strong celery aroma is easy to smell. They are widely used in China. In Burma, where they are called tayoka nanan, they’re used in some soups, especially in the winter months; they are believed to be good for high blood pressure.
