  • About

Rorippa nasturtium-aquaticum, also known as Nasturtium officinale, is a leafy green that grows in watercourses, wild and cultivated. It is used for salad in Burma, where it is called ye monyin. It has a sharp taste that works beautifully with the sweetness of sliced shallots and fried shallots. It is yet another possible addition to Burmese soups and curries.
