Crema

Crema is Mexican sour cream. I like Media brand by Nestlé, which is readily available online. If you can’t find it, mixing American sour cream thinned with heavy cream to a smoother consistency is a better solution than straight sour cream. You can also substitute crème fraîche or Greek yogurt in most recipes.
