  • About

Jicama is a crunchy, slightly sweet-tasting tuber known as Mexican potato. It has light brown skin and almost white flesh. To peel jicama, use a sharp paring knife to pull off the fibrous skin in sheets. It is easier than using a vegetable scraper.
