Cured meats are a particularly good match for hard and semifirm cheeses, like Cheddar, Parmesan, and pecorino, but are also tasty with soft and fresh cheeses. Put together a cheese and charcuterie plate or pair a singular cheese and meat from the same region or country, such as mozzarella with prosciutto or Manchego with serrano ham.
