  • About
North Pomfret, VT
The Putnam family employs the same cheese-making methods found in the French alps, using copper vats to warm their organic Jersey cow’s milk and then naturally aging the cheese for six months. This process yields a classic farmstead cheese with a smooth texture and earthy flavor, in the style of Abondance.
