When using salt to finish a dish, I prefer to use delicate Murray River pink salt flakes. The flavour is not too strong and the flakes are soft and give great texture. However, you can use any brand of salt flakes, but please remember that they all have varying levels of salinity, so use them according to your own personal taste.
