Removing Food from the Wok

The most efficient way to transfer food from the wok to a serving plate is to use the ladle and spatula in combination. With the spatula, shovel as much food into the ladle as it will hold. Holding the food in the ladle with the spatula, lift it from the wok to a serving plate. Repeat this procedure until all the food is transferred from the wok to the plate.
