  • About

Cut-out shapes Line a baking tray with baking parchment. Melt plain chocolate and pour in just enough to cover the bottom of the tin. Smooth with a spatula and leave to cool, about 30 minutes. Reverse it on to a sheet of baking parchment and peel away the first paper. Using a long sharp knife or shaped cutters, cut the chocolate into squares or other shapes. Do not allow it to set too firmly before cutting or it may splinter.
