Dipped nuts and fruit almonds, walnuts and other nuts can be dipped on a fork. Tap the fork on the edge of the pan to drain off excess chocolate and place the nuts on baking parchment to set. It helps if the chocolate is at 40-42°C/90—95°F before coating. Soft or dried fruit can be dipped in the same way.
