Cake Flour

Amending advice, recipes that call for cake flour “were created with Pillsbury™ Softasilk® or Swans Down® bleached cake flour. You can substitute King Arthur unbleached cake flour with good results. Disregard advice for substituting all-purpose flour by weight or using 2 tablespoons less of it.
