Chocolate Baking Chips or Morsels

Amending the advice, these days I do sometimes chop up a good bar of chocolate to use instead of purchased baking chips in cookies! But I (still) don’t use chocolate baking chips or morsels for any recipe that doesn’t specifically call for them.
