  • About
A sunset-yellow chili from Peru that is somewhat banana-shaped. It is the most common of all Peruvian chiles, with a subtle flavor, acidic heat, and a color that adds a golden hue to dishes. The paste is sold in jars, or whole and packed in brine. To use, just drain, rinse, and purée in a food processor.
