  • About

CULTIVATION Lovage is a hardy herbaceous perennial with aromatic, toothed, glossy, dark-green leaves and lime-green umbels of flowers from late summer. It reaches 60cm-2m (2-6ft) and prefers moist, fertile soil and full sun or light shade. Propagate it by sowing seeds in spring or summer or by dividing the plant in spring or autumn, planting them 60cm (2ft) apart.

Harvest the leaves at any time and the seed in late summer. Perfect both as a garden and a border herb.
