Store – Store in airtight container or wrapped in clean tea towel in cool place for 3–5 days.

Freeze – Freeze loaf or slices in freezer bags, removing as much air as possible, for up to 3 months. Defrost at room temperature. Layer slices with baking parchment or food wrap if using individually. Slices can be toasted from frozen.
