Make Ahead โ Prepare crumble topping up to 1 week ahead. Cover and refrigerate until needed or freeze as below. Prepare fruit ahead and refrigerate, covered, as directed in recipe. Bake crumble up to 1 hour ahead. Leave in warm place before serving.
Store โ Refrigerate leftovers, covered, for up to 5 days. Reheat in microwave or transfer to ovenproof dish, cover with foil and heat in a 180ยฐC/160ยฐC Fan oven until warmed through. Remove foil for last 5 minutes to let topping crisp up a little. Or eat cold.
