Make Ahead – Assemble pudding (without topping) up to 24 hours ahead, then cover and refrigerate. Allow to come to room temperature and sprinkle with sugar before baking.
Store – Refrigerate leftovers, covered, for up to 3 days. Reheat in microwave or transfer to ovenproof dish, cover with foil and heat in 180°C/160°C Fan oven until piping hot.
