  • About
Only in America is this spicy leaf called arugula. In England it is rocket, and in Italy it is sold as rucola. Nearly unknown in the United States as recently as the mid-1980s, it is now found virtually everywhere and has an addictive quality that makes it ideal in summer salads. It is delicious combined with an equal number of basil leaves.
