How to Carve a Rib Roast

  • About
  1. Slide a long knife along the inside of the first rib so the meat is detached.

  2. Continue slicing slices of equal thickness.

  3. To get a whole rib, slice at each side of the rib, creating a slice about 1 inch thick.

  4. Serve the sliced roast with the jus.
