How to Sauté Breaded Chicken

  • About
  1. Put the chicken, most attractive side down, in clarified butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat.

  2. Turn after about 3 minutes, or when golden brown. Cook on the second side until firm to the touch.

  3. Put on paper towels to absorb the excess butter.
