How to Make Maître D’Hôtel Butter

  • About
  1. Coarsely chop parsley leaves.

  2. Add the butter.

  3. Chop until finely chopped and completely combined.

  4. Add lemon juice.

  5. Bring the butter together into a cylinder with the side of the knife.

  6. Put the butter near the end of a sheet of parchment paper.

  7. Fold over and roll up the parchment.

  8. Twist the ends in opposite directions until tight.
