- Press the dough into a rectangle.

- Fold the right side of the rectangle into the center.

- Fold the other side over.

- With the flap facing you, roll the top of the dough toward you to form a cylinder.

- Press down along the front of the cylinder to firm it up.

- Roll on the cylinder to elongate it.

- Fold down the ends of the cylinder.

- Place the dough in an oiled loaf pan.

- Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until slightly above the rim of the pan.
