How to Make a Raspberry-Lemon Tart

  • About
  1. Prebake a tart shell as directed.

  2. Spread lemon curd over the tart shell.

  3. Start arranging the raspberries by placing 1 berry in the middle and then work outward in concentric circles.

  4. If you want the berries to have a sheen, brush them with apricot glaze.
