  • About
Corn syrup, either light or dark, figures mostly in recipes for fillings and glazes rather than in cookie recipes. In certain British and Australian recipes, I have used corn syrup rather than golden syrup with very good results. Golden syrup is a very thick sugar syrup, originally developed as a honey substitute. You can also use honey.
