Cookie Storage

Keep cookies in a tin or plastic container with a tight-fitting cover. If you must stack cookies on top of each other, put sheets of wax paper or parchment between the layers—this will keep filled, sandwich, or iced cookies from sticking together. Use the same method for freezing cookies (though, if I am going to freeze cookies, I prefer to sandwich or ice them before serving for neatest results).
