  • About
Cut around the core of the pepper, twist, and pull it out. Halve the pepper lengthwise, scrape out the seeds, and cut away the protruding inside ribs. Set a pepper half, cut side down, on the board and press down with the heel of your hand to flatten it. With a large knife, slice it lengthwise into strips. For chopped peppers, bunch slices together with your hand and dice crosswise.
