We like to decorate our chocolates partly so you can identify them from one another, but also to give them their own personal touch. We take care with every chocolate, placing each decoration by hand, and this is why we feel it is so important to take time over this stage of the process.
1 Using a dipping fork, dip each ganache cube in some tempered chocolate and ensure it is evenly coated.
2 Tap the fork on the side of the bowl/pot to remove any excess chocolate.
3 Top each chocolate with a sprinkle of your chosen decoration...
