We use them as a garnish for brandade or poulet en saupiquet, with anchoïade, and with soups. To make them, cut slices of good, firm homemade bread in cubes or triangles and place in a 350° oven for 4 minutes. Turn them over, sprinkle with a little olive oil, and bake 3 more minutes.
