Spaghetti squash is an elliptical-shaped winter squash that has large seeds at its center. The skin can be orange, green, ivory, yellow, or orange with white streaks. When uncooked, the flesh will look like any other squash. When cooked, the flesh is transformed, falling away from the skin in ribbons, much like spaghetti.
