  • About
  1. Starting at the center of the mushroom cap, begin peeling, cutting in a circular pattern.

  2. Using slight pressure with your thumb, turn the mushroom as the knife slices through.

  3. Continue turning, as the knife moves outward.

  4. Finish by trimming the bottom of the cap.

  5. Once finished, rub the cap with lemon to keep it from discoloring.
