  • About
  1. Cut about ¼ of the peeled potato lengthwise.

  2. Cut the other side parallel to the first cut.

  3. Hold the potato and cut around the edge.

  4. Continue all around until the sides are smooth.

  5. The result is a perfect oval.

  6. Bevel the cut corners on both sides.

  7. Potato savonettes can be cut in different sizes.
