Banderillas are just another form of tapas, the bar food that turns drinking in Spanish bars into as much of a meal as you choose to make it. Technically, banderillas are simply snacks skewered on cocktail sticks, which means they can be pretty much anything you like as long as the ingredients are fairly traditionally Spanish.
